The Occupational Safety & Health Regulations 1999 established the specific requirements for workplace risks assessment and specific procedures required.
It is our intention to work closely with you to ensure the established Emergency Control Organisation addresses the requirements of the Australian Standards AS: 3745-2010, Planning for Emergencies in Facilities. This outlines the minimum requirements for the establishment including validation and implementation of an emergency plan for a facility ensuring the safety of occupants of that facility and its visitors leading up to, and during an evacuation.
Our Warden training program sessions require each attendee to engage actively with the program and sign in as attending the session. To facilitate this interaction participants utilise a smart device, such as a phone, tablet or laptop. The Internet (Wi-Fi connection) will also be available should the attendee not have a personal data hotspot.
